Refund Policy
At Rivaaj Mahal, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at rivaajmahal@gmail.com. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Please send the item back to the address provided once the return is approved. Note: We cannot accept returns that are sent back without prior approval.

Damages & Issues
We inspect each item before shipment, but please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including:

Exchanges
To ensure you get the correct item, we recommend initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, no justification required. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
